EQUALITY
Ensuring that Everyone is Treated Fairly
This policy proposes a law that states every one of the same rank in a workplace must be payed equally. In order to reinforce this policy every business must submit a statement of their employees' workload, rank and pay to the government. Government employees will go through each statement to ensure everyone is payed equally no matter gender, ethnicity and race. If companies are unequally paying their workers, a fine that could be up to 5-10% of their companies' yearly profit will be enacted and they will also compensate underpaid workers in addition to the fine.
EDUCATION
Everyone has to be safe and learn
This policy is specifically centred around bullying and cyber bullying. All students will have to take a mandatory e-learning course on the laws, policies and guidelines of bullying. After completing the course, students will have to take a short test to ensure that they have retained and fully understand the information. This course will be taken annually by students as a form of re-credentialling.
ENVIRONMENT
Even the Environment Counts
This policy is a tax on all plastic products. A tax will be placed on a range of single use plastic packages products to discourage consumers from constantly buying items like bottled water. A higher tax will also be issued to all businesses that purchase or sell plastic products for their store or offices compared to the tax consumers would have to pay.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLES
Ensuring that Everyone is Healthy
Vaccines will become mandatory for people of all ages, and an attempt to make vaccines more accessible to all will be put in place. To those with biological and medial conditions are exempted from the mandatory vaccines will need proof of their condition. The individuals who do not receive a vaccine will be fined and not allowed to go to work and school.
